OBJECTIVES & TOPICS

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Increase the value of youth work and the ability of youth workers in truly connecting and supporting young people in their individuation struggles in order to help them to become 'master' of their own lives as citizens, learners and (future) workers.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

• help mutual understanding and true connections between youth workers & young people;

• enable youth workers to support young persons without stigmatizing them;

• how to support youth in their growing process and create enabling learning environments ;

• allow youth workers to bring young people to more autonomy ;

• reflect and exchange on youth participation and employability ;

• explore best practices and new form of participation and adapt it to own realities.
